As your life coach, I'll help you identify strengths, point out where you need to sharpen your skills, and equip you to make the right decision when life puts obstacles in your way.

You'll do some role playing, read material that will open options you've never considered, and discuss ways in which you can effectively deal with specific problems by learning to think creatively and decisively.

Life coaching is different from psychotherapy because the focus is on personal growth, enrichment, and how to not only reach the destination but enjoy the journey, too.

Since there's no medical diagnosis involved, life coaching isn't covered by health
insurance plans.

Sessions may range from 30 minutes to two hours. I'll work around your schedule. Initially we'll meet in person. Once you're an established client, we can communicate via video-conferencing, or telephone.
